The problem I am addressing is the significant gap in understanding and implementing AI technologies among established entrepreneurs, particularly those over 40 years old with businesses generating over $1 million in revenue. Despite their success, many lack awareness of tools like ChatGPT and how these can streamline operations, cut costs, and enhance efficiency and performance. This disconnect hinders their competitive edge and growth potential in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. My service aims to bridge this knowledge gap, providing tailored AI integration solutions that transform their day-to-day business processes for the better.

The solution

My proposed solution is to create a consultancy firm that specializes in AI integration for businesses. We will offer comprehensive AI scans to evaluate potential areas for AI implementation within a company's operations, focusing on reducing costs and improving efficiency and performance. Our services will include personalized recommendations, implementation support, and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of AI technologies. With my knowledge from RSM master's in Strategic Entrepreneurship and the co-founder AI experience, we will bridge the gap for entrepreneurs, particularly targeting those aged 40+ with substantial revenue, who are currently unaware of or underutilizing AI solutions in their businesses. Moreover, it's crucial to emphasize that these traditional businesses risk obsolescence if they do not adapt to the changing landscape and stay updated with the latest AI tools.
