The Challenge

The discrepancy in ownership of assets between different socioeconomic levels but also organisational ranks. We aim to build a system or method of operation that improves the fairness and engagement of company ownership. "Everybody is an entrepreneur."

The solution

Our main goal is to develop a system, where family owned companies or companies with one long term main shareholder, can exit their companies in a way that's best for the company and it's stakeholders. To avoid an acquisition by a larger firm or a buyout by a private equity/investment firm, we provide a method and long term assistance on a transition towards a stakeholder based ownership model. Where the company at the end of this transition is fully owned and run by it's stakeholders, mostly consisting of employees. This way the stakeholders interest will be represented in the company decisions and profit and asset growth will be shared among all stakeholders instead of one large firm or individual.
