The Challenge

When a large incident hits, the people leading the response in fire brigades, forestry, and coast guard need a continuous, current picture of what is happening. They don't have one. The tools available to them were built for other purposes, so the information that reaches command is late, fragmented, and incomplete.

The solution

The KBR-27 is a fixed-wing drone with vertical takeoff. It launches from a forest clearing or beside a fire truck, needs no runway, and is designed to fly for two hours, three times a typical multirotor. A modular payload bay carries the sensors a mission needs. Onboard AI analyses the video to detect people, which supports search and rescue and can extend to tracking responders. Live video and detections stream to a command interface, so no pilot has to relay what the drone sees. Composite construction keeps it light, affordable at EUR 8-18k, and quick to repair.

Mission

We build affordable, long-endurance drones with integrated software that give fire, rescue, and forestry services a continuous, current picture of large incidents, developed together with the people who use them.
