The challenge we are trying to solve with RentMatch is the inefficiency and frustration in the traditional housing rental process. Currently, tenants often face difficulties in finding suitable properties that meet their needs, while landlords struggle to identify reliable tenants amidst a flood of applications. This leads to wasted time, resources, and dissatisfaction on both sides of the rental equation.

Traffic accidents cause 20 to 50 million people annually, to face this grim reality, making it the leading cause of death for children and young adults aged 5-29 (source: WHO, 2023). Individuals could find themselves injured in isolation, bystanders may hesitate to act, or critical information needed for aid might be unavailable.
