The solution

On our platform, tenants can register with all the necessary information, details and documents. They then undergo background checks for credibility and liquidity. Meanwhile, landlords can upload their rental properties with specific needs and requirements. Rentmatch analyzes these profiles to generate highly accurate matches based on factors such as location, budget and preferences. Landlords are then presented with a list of the best matches so that they can initiate the application process directly through the platform. Thanks to our platform's document management system, paper is no longer needed, and the option of online viewings is the quickest route to your new home. This efficient and transparent approach allows for seamless communication, ensuring a successful match for both tenants and landlords.
