My business idea is a mobile app that motivates people to exercise by turning their physical activity into tangible rewards. Many people struggle to stay consistent in their fitness routines due to lack of motivation or high costs of a healthy lifestyle. The app solves this by tracking sports activities such as running, fitness, cycling or even walking and linking them to discounts and rewards from health and sports brands. For example, after completing a 25 km run, users might unlock a discount on supplements, sports apparel, or event tickets. The app creates a win win situation where users stay healthier and more motivated while brands gain authentic exposure and direct engagement with active consumers. Unlike competitors such as Sweatcoin which mainly focuses on walking and generic offers, our app emphasizes performance based achievements, relevant rewards, and partnerships with both global and local brands. Additionally, we introduce social features like team challenges where groups of friends or sports clubs can earn rewards together. This combination of motivation, gamification, and value driven partnerships positions our app as a unique platform where every workout pays off literally by bridging the gap between personal health goals and the sports industry.

The problem I want to solve is that many people struggle to stay consistent in their fitness routines, while others already enjoy sports but look for extra fun and rewards. Even when people know the benefits of an active lifestyle, challenges such as lack of motivation, high costs, or the absence of tangible recognition can hold them back. At the same time, sports and health brands are searching for authentic ways to engage with athletes and fitness enthusiasts. My solution is a mobile app that not only helps people overcome motivational barriers but also makes sports even more enjoyable for those who are already active. The app tracks activities such as running, fitness, or cycling and rewards users with discounts and deals from relevant brands. Completing a 25 km run could, for example, unlock a discount on supplements, sports apparel, or event tickets. This is not just about solving a problem, but about creating an app every athlete should have on their phone: combining performance based achievements, meaningful rewards, and social features like team challenges. In this way, every workout becomes more valuable, fun, and motivating.
