The Challenge

Critical systems are built and changed by many hands: developers, AI agents, suppliers, factories. When a buyer, an auditor or a supervisor asks what is inside a system, what changed and who approved it, organisations answer with documents, logs and their own word. A drone buyer cannot check that the software and parts in a unit match the specification. An auditor cannot check that a log was never edited. The outside party has to trust, not verify. EU rules now ask for more: DORA for financial institutions, and from 2027 the Machinery Regulation for machines.

The solution

SCEA is an evidence layer that runs in the organisation's own systems and on its machines. It creates signed records at two moments. When something is built: what went into it, which software is on it, and whether it matches the specification. When something changes: what changed, who did it and who approved it. Records are chained and timestamped by an independent authority, so none can be altered, removed or backdated. A buyer or auditor receives an evidence pack and verifies it on their own computer, offline, without access to the organisation's systems and without trusting us.

Mission

To make critical systems provable: what they are made of, what changed, and who approved it.
