This both reduces the effectiveness of this process and creates an inevitable bias in companies that use traditional recruitment processes. Leext's goal is to migrate this entire process to a single, advanced and completely unbiased all-in-one platform.

Despite the majority of Earth’s surface being covered by water, only 1% of this is accessible fresh water. Fresh water scarcity is an ongoing problem, which is projected to only worsen in the future. As such, by as soon as 2030, global demand for this precious resource is expected to exceed supply by 40%. Seawater desalination unlocks an "infinite" supply of fresh water, and holds the potential to bridge this aforementioned gap. However, current desalination technologies are expensive, energy intensive and environmentally damaging. Aestuarium is developing sustainable and cost-effective alternatives, to ensure an abundant and accessible fresh water supply.

People with physical disabilities encounter numerous problems every single day. One of the biggest obstacles that many might encounter are related to writing or typing. Say you need to type out a * to show that you are doing a multiplication, but you are unable to use both arms to press the shift and 8 key. This situation can turn out to be quite tricky, especially when you are trying to make a test or do some otherwise simple tasks. We initially found that the grades in school for some children with physical disabilities were taking big hits due to their inability to efficiently work with their computers. And this is where our story starts, with a teenage girl called Emily. She is a bright girl with cerebral palsy, but she just couldn't translate her intelligence to good grades due to her condition.
